Customer Service Hours

During launches and pre-orders, extended hours may apply.

Orders & Payments

  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer (upon request), PayPal.

  • Currency: EUR. Prices include VAT for EU orders.

  • Invoice: enter billing details at checkout or email us within 24h with your order number.

Pre-orders

Some items are offered as pre-orders to ensure responsible production. Payment is charged at the time of order. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page.

Production & Lead Times

Each piece is carved from solid marble and hand-finished in our workshop.

  • Made-to-order production time: 7–21 business days.

  • In-stock items: 2–3 business days to dispatch.

Note: Marble is a natural material. Veining, slight color variations, and small imperfections are normal and proof of each piece’s uniqueness.

Shipping

  • Italy: 24–48h (express) after dispatch.

  • EU: 3–6 business days.

  • Non-EU / International: 5–10 business days (excluding customs delays).

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Duties & taxes (Non-EU): paid by the customer according to local laws.

  • Tracking: provided via email once the order has shipped.

  • Packaging: shock-proof custom packaging; we recommend keeping the packaging in case of returns.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied.

  • Right of withdrawal (EU): within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: personalized or custom-engraved pieces are not eligible (unless defective).

  • Conditions: items must be unused, intact, with original packaging and labels.

  • Process: email [support@yourdomain.com] with order number and reason for return. We will provide a label or instructions.

  • Refunds: processed within 7–10 days after receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Exchanges: possible if the product is available; otherwise, we issue store credit.

Damaged on arrival

Report within 48 hours with photos of the package and the damage (inside + outside). We will open an insurance claim and offer replacement or refund.

Authenticity & Warranty

  • Authenticity check: each piece comes with a unique code engraved or included in the box.

  • Legal warranty: 24 months for manufacturing defects (EU regulations).

  • Not covered: accidental damage, drops, acid or chemical exposure.

Marble Care

  • Clean with a soft damp cloth only.

  • Avoid acids (lemon, wine, vinegar), solvents, descalers, bleach.

  • For matte finishes: use pH-neutral cleaner only; dry well.

  • Signs of use over time form part of the marble’s natural patina.
